Medicine for the Soul: It's Never Too Late for Personal and Spiritual Growth
Hypnotherapy and rapid eye healing are two wonderfully effective methods for accomplishing healing and transformation. Both modalities reduce stress and support healing by working directly with the unconscious mind. In this kind of work, deep change is possible and it can happen relatively fast.
In hypnotherapy sessions you have an opportunity to settle into a state of deep relaxation. When the body and mind become relaxed and open, the conscious, thinking mind can take a rest as you engage the unconscious gently and directly. Hypnotherapy has become well-known for its effectiveness in pain relief, weight loss, insomnia and addiction recovery. It is also effective in stress reduction, immune system enhancement and trauma recovery. It can be used to increase creativity and deepen self-awareness.
Rapid eye healing uses a variety of eye movements, blinking, breathing, creative visualization, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and energy work to facilitate discharge of limiting or painful patterns, memory or habits. Rapid eye healing is especially effective with birth/childhood trauma and other forms of trauma and abuse, phobias, anxiety, depression and inherited family patterns.
In both hypnotherapy and rapid eye healing sessions, positive perspectives, feeling states and body learning are exercised and anchored, creating new neural pathways in the brain and freeing new ways of being.

The Wisdom of Lived Experience
An introductory evening performance event followed by a one or two-day seminar
The Wisdom of Lived Experience explores aging as a time of harvest, radical aliveness and deeper self understanding. The evening performance includes sung and spoken poetry and stories illuminating transformative real-life events--peak experiences, turning points, dark nights of the soul and surprising flashes of insight and understanding--the kind of stories that shake up habitual patterns, awakening fresh energy and inspiration.
The seminar includes energizing theater games that catalyze improvisation, cooperation and rapport. Participants have the opportunity to connect with pivotal life experiences and to share those with others through story, poetry and movement. Restorative movement, voice explorations, poetry, deep relaxation and guided imagery provide support for the experience.
What people say ...

“Coming from deep places in settings at once mysterious and commonplace, Gaea’s voice and stories make a space for reflection, allowing us to pause and take a break from modern day rushing tendencies of mind.” – Carolyn Myers, playwright, improvisational comedian
